In short: A made-to-measure winter garden starts at 8 800 € excl. VAT (Economic Garden). The best-selling ranges are 9 000 to 12 500 €. Plain double glass has a U of about 2.8 W/(m²·K); triple glass falls below 1 (insulated glazing). The price includes turnkey installation.
A winter garden is the largest outlay among garden buildings, and the only one that adds a full room you can use twelve months of the year. So it is fair that you want real figures before you decide. This article gives the actual entry prices of our models, explains what the price is made of, and how to avoid surprises on the final invoice.
If you are also weighing other covered options, the comparison is in winter garden vs. glazed terrace. And if you are still finding out what to weigh when you choose, start with our guide how to choose a winter garden.
How much do the individual winter garden models cost?
We make several model ranges that differ in structure, material and the level of glazing. These are their real entry prices (excl. VAT), from smaller made-to-measure builds:
| Model | Entry price excl. VAT | Character |
|---|---|---|
| Economic Garden | from 8 800 € | The most affordable range, aluminium structure |
| Economic Garden 1 | from 9 970 € | An extended build of the popular base |
| Top Garden 2 | from 10 260 € | A higher standard of glazing and detail |
| Wood Garden Milano | from 10 500 € | The warm feel of wood in a modern build |
| Top Garden 1 | from 10 740 € | The flagship range with the highest level of finish |
| Wood Garden | from 12 300 € | Solid timber and premium work |
“From” prices apply to smaller typical sizes. The final sum follows the specific design. A made-to-measure winter garden is never repeated, just as the houses we attach them to are never repeated.
What affects the price of a winter garden?
On the quote we itemise every line. These are the factors that move the final sum most:
- Size and shape. The floor area sets how much structure and glass you need. A non-standard plan (broken walls, polygonal shapes) means more cutting and joints.
- Type of glazing. Insulated glazing has a U of about 2.8 W/(m²·K) on plain double glass; modern triple glass falls below 1. After the structure, glass is the second largest line.
- Structure material. Aluminium profiles are low-maintenance and more stable in price; solid timber costs more, but offers a unique atmosphere.
- Ventilation and heating. The number of opening windows, roof ventilation, preparation for heating or underfloor heating.
- Base preparation. An existing terrace in good condition saves cost; a new foundation slab is a separate line.
- Colour and surface finish. Standard shades are in the base; special decors and veneers are extra.
What is included in the price, and what is not?
As with all our products, the quote price for a winter garden is fixed. It includes:
- a made-to-measure design, including a static assessment of the structure,
- production in our own workshop in Nové Zámky,
- complete turnkey installation by our own team, including delivery to your address,
- warranty and after-warranty service.
Any preparation of a foundation slab, and a building permit if your municipality requires one, are handled separately. We can arrange both and cost them in advance, so no surprise enters the price.
Is a more expensive winter garden worth it?
A winter garden is not a purchase for a few seasons. It is an extension of the house. When you decide, we recommend you do not look only at the entry price:
- Energy. Quality glazing and seals decide whether you will heat the garden in winter, or only sit and suffer. A saving on glass comes back as higher bills every winter.
- Maintenance. An aluminium structure is low-maintenance; wood needs occasional treatment. More is in pergola and gazebo maintenance.
- Property value. A well-built winter garden raises the price of the house by more than it cost. Estate agents count it as extra living area.
- Use. An uncovered terrace you use for a few months; a winter garden serves every day of the year. Counted per day of use, it is the most efficient outlay on living outdoors.
If you want to know why a winter garden is worth it against cheaper alternatives, we have summed that up in 5 reasons to get a winter garden.
How do you get an exact price for your house?
The steps are the same as for our pergolas: simple and without obligation:
- Get in touch via the contact form or by phone. Approximate dimensions of the space and a few photographs of the spot where the garden should stand are enough.
- We design a made-to-measure solution: aspect, structure type, glazing and ventilation according to how you want to use the space.
- You receive a fixed price that holds from contract signature to handover. No extras after installation.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a winter garden from Gazebo cost?
The entry price is 8 800 € excl. VAT for the Economic Garden model. The best-selling builds sit between 9 000 and 12 500 €, depending on model and size. You get the exact price in a no-obligation quote.
Are installation and delivery included in the price?
Yes. The price includes production, complete turnkey installation at your address and delivery by our own team. We work across Slovakia.
Do I need a building permit for a winter garden?
It depends on the municipality and on the connection to the house. In Slovakia, from 1 April 2025 a ground-level building up to 50 m² and 5 m high is a minor structure under Act 25/2025 Coll.. An attached heated room can have a stricter regime. Check that at the office; we can prepare the documents and cost the item in advance.
What is the price difference between aluminium and wood?
Solid timber is usually about a fifth to a quarter more expensive than a comparable aluminium build. In return it offers a warmer atmosphere and a unique look.
Can a winter garden be heated?
Yes. At the design stage we prepare the structure for the heating method you choose. Quality insulating glazing then keeps the heating cost low. Which system suits which use is compared in heating a winter garden.
How long do production and installation take?
We make every winter garden to measure, so the lead time depends on the scope of the project and workshop load. We confirm a specific production and installation date in the quote.
